Reports To - Head Program management

Purpose:
To rollout the Operation and Maintenance of the managing, controlling and monitoring the
Project, achieving the goal of the
Project for up gradation as per business requirement.
* Ensure a high quality support service for the organization
* Time rollout of the system with requirement feature and services.

ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES
* Front ending the interface with business, finance and collection of requirement for timely rollout of billing and CRM services
* Interface with vender for timely resolution of issues as per the business needs.
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Experience & Essential Knowledge
* Ten Years CDMA/GSM or Telecommunication
* 3-5 years business experience
* Experience in managing
Project rollout
Minimum Entry Qualifications
* Engineering Degree in Computer/Electronic/Telecommunication or MCA
* Added
Project management qualification would be beneficial
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS
1. Establish vendor governance model in collaboration with key business stakeholders
2. Maintain close technical links with all Suppliers and manage Service Level agreements with them
3. Track the different releases of the system and align to the business needs
4. New product launch: Overseeing the entire product development life cycle encompassing conceptualizing, testing, pre & post launch promotions for new products.
5. Scope of work implementation/up gradation in coordination with OSS/BSS & business team.
6. Work closely with stakeholders in closing out performance gaps and opportunity through creation, implementation, and assessment of action plans targeted at specific areas of performance improvement
7. Implementation/Participation in structured process for proactive planning, checklists, readiness assessment, and capacity planning
8. Benchmark vendor performance against Industry Best Practices
9. Establish and maintain a risk management plan
10. Manage the contract change control process
11. Ensure alignment with corporate master service agreements
12. Deploy and adhere to IT contract Best Practices and Processes
13. Ensure compliance to the contract management
