ROLE & CONTEXT
Purpose:
To rollout the Operation and Maintenance of the Billing & CRM and project managing for up gradation as per business requirement.
* Ensure a high quality Billing & CRM experience for the end user (customers)
* Time rollout of the system with requirement feature and services.

* Front ending the interface with business, finance and collection of requirement for timely rollout of Billing and CRM services
* Interface with vender for timely resolution of issues as per the business needs.
